SUNSCREENS AND SUNS PROTECTION
Exposure to the sun can cause premature aging and skin cancer. Skin cancer is very serious. For this reason, it is important to protect your skin from the harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun. To help prevent long term damage to your skin, do the following:
  • Use Sunscreen(even on cloudy days)
  • Use Sunscreen with a 30 SPF or higher
  • Seek shade when possible
  • Wear long-sleeve shirts and pants
  • Wear a long brimmed hat
  • Wear sunglasses
